LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) is excited to announce the latest addition to the Breckenridge office, Marc Warshawsky. Knowing first-hand the benefits of investing in Summit County real estate, Warshawsky’s goal is to help his clients achieve their mountain dreams.

Originally from New York City and most recently Austin, TX, Warshawsky and his wife decided to relocate to Breckenridge to make their own mountain dream come true a few years ago. Transferring his successful, 12-year real estate business from Austin to Summit County, Warshawsky brought with him his dedicated approach to helping his clients buy and sell real estate in a place that is now home. Here in the Breckenridge area, Warshawsky has quickly built a reputation as a trusted, knowledgeable and experienced real estate professional.

Warshawsky is a partner in The Day Palazola Group at LIV SIR, where he specializes in mountain luxury properties. He sets the bar high, striving to go the extra mile and utilizing his strong negotiation skills to help his clients find the perfect place to suit their lifestyle.

Prior to his career in real estate, Warshawsky spent many years in the computer industry as a senior marketing executive, where he developed and launched products, negotiated business deals and performed detailed market analysis. During this time, he also traveled extensively internationally and ran several multi-million dollar businesses. In fact, his previous tech career took him to Europe and Asia to manage over $300 million in business. This esteemed background allowed Warshawsky to develop a business-forward approach to his successful career in real estate.

“The computer industry was great fun but once I made the move to real estate, I found another industry to love and quickly became successful in the Austin market, where I worked both as a real estate agent and manager of over 100 hardworking agents. As in most endeavors, you learn from experience and believe me, managing over 100 agents greatly accelerated the learning curve,” adds Warshawsky.

“Marc’s background in leadership and his approach to supporting his clients are probably what I admire most about him,” explains Aaron Shriner, vice president, managing broker of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s Summit County offices. “He puts a strong emphasis on doing the right thing and always putting his customers first. With that, he creates a very smooth and seamless process, something that I know his clients are very thankful for.”

When he’s not enjoying Colorado’s great outdoors by hiking, biking, skiing, or snowshoeing, you may find Warshawsky playing some tunes as an aspiring jazz musician. In fact, he even completed undergraduate classes at NYU in music before getting a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering at Columbia University and a Master of Science in Acoustics at Penn State. As a proud family man, Warshawsky is a dedicated husband of over 30 years and is a father and grandfather to four kids, seven grandkids and two loyal dogs. He is also highly involved in the community and serves as the VP Board of Directors for Synagogue of the Summit.
