At LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, our people make the difference and we are excited to expand the team with the newest addition of real estate professional, Heather Higgins. Learn more about her and why she joined the LIV family:

What are you most excited about, with joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty? I have had the amazing opportunity to work with Barb Silverman in the Boulder LIV Sotheby’s International Realty office for almost five years now. I feel inspired by the enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment to excellence that I have experienced first-hand in this role. The prospect of growing my own business by practically applying the invaluable knowledge and experience I’ve gained with Barb is incredibly exciting. My future feels limitless!

What’s your favorite part about guiding your client through the real estate experience? Buying a home is an incredibly personal decision. I feel a deep sense of reverence in the trust my client’s place in me, and in turn, feel compelled to ensure that they have a successful and easeful transaction. Whether it’s seeing a buyer’s eyes light up as they tour a new prospective home and imagine their lives there, or presenting our impressive marketing materials to a seller, I feel incredibly satisfied in my role when my clients are happy.

What’s your goal in the next three months? As I begin my journey as an agent, I am looking to continue to grow and develop my real estate skills and experience. I have some CE classes in mind that I believe will serve to upgrade my knowledge and ability to offer my clients the top-notch service they have come to expect from LIV Sotheby’s International Realty.

What do you do for fun, outside of work? Though I’ve been in Colorado for over six years, I am still awestruck by how beautiful our state is! I like spending my time exploring the mountains by hiking, purposely getting lost on long drives through canyons, and photographing ghost towns. At home, I spend time tending to my ridiculously oversized indoor plant collection and snuggling up with my two cats, a mug of tea, and a good book.
