At LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, our people make the difference and we are excited to expand the team with the newest addition of real estate professional, Cherie Wahl. Learn more about her and why she joined the LIV family:
What are you most excited about, with joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty? By joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, I am now able to provide the highest level of photography, marketing, networking, and knowledge to my Buyers and Sellers. The quality of everything that carries the Sotheby’s name is something that I am proud to be associated with and looking forward to sharing with my clients.
What’s your favorite part about guiding your client through the real estate experience? I love to see a problem coming and solve it before it ever becomes an issue for my client. When I get to go above and beyond what other real estate brokers are willing or able to do and really make a difference, that is when I am thrilled.
What’s your favorite home trend right now? I love to follow all of the decorating trends for homes but more interesting to me is the architectural changes that occur. Today we are seeing a delicate balance of open floorplans for sharing and entertaining that offset private spaces for time alone, studying, and work. This is a new look at how to live and allocate the square footage of a home.
What’s your goal in the next three months? Honestly – my goal in the next 3 months is to get up and fully running at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty and to get my youngest son married on New Year’s Eve! Then I have my oldest getting married at our place next August so life is busy!
From a business perspective: I want to be able to reach out to all the clients that I have had over more than 20 years of working in real estate and visit with them. Share a few minutes to catch up and see what is happening in their lives now. To hear how they are enjoying their homes and their neighborhoods. To connect!
What do you do for fun, outside of work? We own a small property in Elizabeth that was one of the last locally owned dairy farm. My husband and I are currently raising Steers, Chickens, and have 2 dogs. If I have spare time, I am usually cooking and entertaining, finding ways to sing or on the water boating or sailing.
