How long have you been in the real estate industry for? 12 years.
What initially drew you to the real estate industry? I knew that I wanted to get involved in real estate at a fairly young age. My family owned a couple of rental properties and that was my first taste of being around houses and seeing how you can build wealth through real estate and maximize your investment. I saw the value and I was immediately drawn to it.
What has been your biggest accomplishment in your career? I’ve had many accomplishments as far as goals and transactions but I would say the biggest accomplishment was the ability to learn to adapt to the ever-changing real estate market to better serve my clients. If we don’t adapt, we have no business.
What makes LIV Sotheby’s International Realty unique? The broad outreach of the Sothebys brand combined with the local Colorado knowledge that LIV Sotheby’s International Realty can provide.
What is a trend that you are keeping your eye on right now in the industry? Technology trying to phase out real estate agents.
Personally, what drives you in this industry? I can remember doing some of my early transactions and truly loving the business but I knew something was missing in order for me to get to the next level, and that’s when it clicked. Buying a home is so much more than just a monetary investment, it is literally an investment in your visions and your dreams of what you can do with a property and my job is to serve my clients to the utmost to make those dreams a reality.
What are you passionate about? Serving my clients.
What are your hobbies/interests outside of the office? Family time, flyfishing, snowboarding, hiking, food, and wine.
What’s your favorite part about living and working in Colorado? It is a beautiful state that encourages a healthy lifestyle. I feel truly blessed to call Colorado my home.
What community do you live in? What do you like about it? Boulder. I love living in a forward-thinking community!
