At LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, our people make the difference! Learn more about one of our remarkable brokers, Lyndsey Whittington, in her personal Q&A.

What initially drew you to the real estate industry? I think about selling real estate more as being a matchmaker rather than a salesperson. I connect people’s lifestyle and social needs to the home that will give them the life they love.

What has been your biggest accomplishment in your career? My biggest accomplishment has been an $11M referral my first year in the business and an $11M dollar listing my first year in Vail.

What makes LIV Sotheby’s International Realty unique? Prestige and quality. LIV Sotheby’s International Realty is the most prestigious real estate brokerage there is. In fact, it is the number one Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate in the world. The level of support and education we receive from this company is unprecedented. Buyers and sellers know that when they work with a LIV Sotheby’s International Realty agent, they will receive a million dollar service at every price point.

What are you passionate about? I am passionate about sharing and selling the quality of life that Vail, Colorado has to offer. Vail is not just a world-class ski resort. The summers are just as bustling due to the extraordinary mountain biking, hiking, and summer festivities including Taste of Vail, Vail Film Festival, Bravo! Vail, and the famous Sunday Farmers market in the Vail Village, just to name a few.

What are your hobbies/interests outside of the office? My hobbies and interest include summertime hikes with my dog Ozzie, winter time on the mountain, Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics training, and weekend brunches at Pepi’s Restaurant (best people watching in town).

What’s your favorite part about living and working in Colorado? Having postcard views from my front door. After relocating from Houston, Texas back in 2015, I can still say the view never gets old.

What community do you live in? What do you like about it? I live in Vail. I love being right in the middle of all the energy that surrounds this gorgeous place. I live in a snow globe!
