How long have you been in the real estate industry for? 2 years
What initially drew you to the real estate industry? I like to say that real estate found me after moving to Denver with no job, fresh off an MBA and looking for work. After six months in the industry, I was hooked.
What has been your biggest accomplishment in your career? Winning DMAR’s Rookie of the Year 2018.
What makes LIV Sotheby’s International Realty unique? The brand power in our market is unrivaled and is really a testament to many aspects of what makes LIV great including the brokers, the staff and the supportive/collaborative culture.
What is a trend that you are keeping your eye on right now in the industry? The way that consumer data will shape a role in follow-up with clients as technology allows us to stay even more connected to our database.
Personally, what drives you in this industry? I love the process. Learning new things, honing my craft, and pushing myself to do the things that matter are all rewarding to me on the day-to-day level. If you fall in love with the process, everything else falls into place.
What are you passionate about? Building community, meeting new people and gathering new experiences both professionally and personally.
What are your hobbies/interests outside of the office? Fitness – I used to compete in NCAA D1 Track and Field, as well as Cross Country.
What’s your favorite part about living and working in Colorado? In Colorado people talk about their lifestyle before they talk about their profession. They are focused on happiness and fulfillment rather than material gain in most cases. Coming from the DC area, that take on life is refreshing and something I personally connect with.
What community do you live in? What do you like about it? RiNo. My wife and I love the walkability and the community in RiNo. We know most of the local business owners who are each passionate about where they live and what they do.
