LIV Sotheby’s International Realty brokers Ian Wolfe and Chris Bouc represented the sale of 860 Vine Street in Denver, CO for $4,350,000.

LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) is pleased to announce the sale of 860 Vine Street, represented by brokers Ian Wolfe and Chris Bouc. Selling for $4,350,000, this sale was impressively the highest priced single-family sale in Denver Metro for the first quarter of 2019.

“860 Vine Street is in the heart of the city, yet provides a quiet, country like atmosphere,” said Bouc. “The location of this property is ideal – you can easily walk to the Botanic Gardens, Cheesman Park, renowned restaurants, local coffee shops, even Cherry Creek.”

860 Vine Street is located in and perfectly embodies one of Denver’s most respected neighborhoods, Morgan’s Historic. Morgan’s Historic and nearby Congress Park represents a period of Denver’s history with the development of civic aesthetics. 860 Vine Street, also called the Daniel A. Millett House, was built in 1921. Fisher and Fisher, the original architects, turned to Georgian revival for the design of this richly appointed estate. Beautifully crafted for New England businessman Daniel Millett, Fisher and Fisher added a major decorative element of a carved cornucopia.

Today, 860 Vine Street is still poised perfectly on a 15,000+ square-foot corner lot, boasting a fabulous outdoor kitchen, patio with a fire feature, outdoor covered living room, and a sport court with lighting. In total, the home is five-bedrooms and seven-bathrooms; ready for the new owners to add to the estate’s renowned history.

“Representing a home of this caliber and with this much history is a true accomplishment that we are proud of. 860 Vine Street is a beautiful stamp in history and was perfectly kept over the years. We were happy for this sale to occur and for the new owners to be able to call this their home,” added Wolfe.

Real estate activity in Colorado and especially the Denver Metro area has significantly increased as the spring season approaches. Last month, when this sale occurred, Denver Metro gained 16% in total sales volume for the luxury market ($1,000,000 and above). This sale was the highest priced single-family sale for Denver Metro in Q1 of 2019, a feat that the Wolfe-Bouc Group and LIV SIR are proud to announce.
