At LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, our people make the difference! Learn more about one of our remarkable brokers, Diane Clow, in her personal Q&A.

How long have you been in the real estate industry for? I’ve been a residential Realtor in Colorado 11 years now, almost to the day!

What initially drew you to the real estate industry? Successful real estate transactions are based on expertise and exposure for sure, but also on good relationships. At base level, I believe that my best life will be lived on a foundation of service, on understanding, supporting and building up others. As a Realtor, I have unique opportunities to be of service to my clients each and every day.

What has been your biggest accomplishment in your career? No matter the price-point, whether I’m helping a client sell or buy, I operate with the understanding that I’m working with luxury property. A person’s home is likely their biggest asset, their most substantial investment, perhaps their biggest savings account. Owning a home is not something everyone can or will do in their lifetime; the opportunity to own a home is a luxury. I am proud to work all levels of the market, from $200,000 condos to $3,000,000+ custom homes…all of my clients are luxury clients.

Personally, what drives you in this industry? I love helping clients move solidly and profitably from one life-chapter to the next. In doing so I’ve built a business based on referrals and repeat clients. Positive, genuine relationships with clients, other Realtors, industry resources, family and friends ~ these are what drive me.

What are you passionate about? Last year I traveled to PyeongChang South Korea for the 2018 Winter Olympics, with members of the United States Speed Skating Team: Olympians, legacy skaters, supporters, leadership and board members. What an amazing experience! I was humbled to learn of the intense and difficult training involved, and the extraordinary commitment of the skaters and their families. The sport of Speed Skating is a demonstration of human will, endurance, and heart. It is a sport that the United States doesn’t exalt or support as some other countries do. A smaller but entirely mighty group, the US Speed Skaters are on a roll, and will be ready for Beijing in 2022!
