13th issue of LIV Magazine hits the racks with a focus on the relationship between technology and the real estate experience, and the difference that a trusted brand can make.
LIV Sotheby’s International Realty just produced the 13th issue (Volume 4, Issue 3) of the firm’s signature publication, LIV Magazine. The magazine features extraordinary properties from Colorado and around the globe, lifestyles that inspire each of the homes, and compelling editorial.
A headlining article – A Perfect Pair: Technology and the In-Person Experience, narrows in on the relevant topic of technology advancements and in-person interactions and how the combination of the two affect the buying and selling experience. Speaking with local expert and retail mogul Nick LeMasters, General Manager of the Cherry Creek Shopping Center, the article provides insight to what the retail industry has encountered over the years. While in-person experiences are critical to walking away with confidence after a purchasing decision, LeMasters shares that, “Anyone who doesn’t embrace technology is going to be left behind,” and that we should see technology as “an amenity, an add-on – not be threatened by it.”
“This couldn’t be more valid when buying or selling a home,” said Kristen Muller, senior vice president of marketing and communications at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, and editor of LIV Magazine. “Technology is a tool that can enhance any experience but at the end of the day it is about working with an experienced advisor who can guide you through the process. At LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, we are committed to introducing new technology and marketing initiatives, but we also have a track record of success with proven results and that has more to do with being locally owned with deep-seated relationships and having a team of advisors who know the communities and landscapes that we serve.”
This issue also celebrates LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s 10 years of partnership with the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, including an in-person interview with Scott Webber, president of the firm.
“As we are celebrating a very significant milestone as a firm, we reflect on the importance of being a part of the most trusted real estate brand in the world, with over 200 years of heritage and experience. The Sotheby’s International Realty brand has reputation built on success and professionalism, and clients know that they can count on us. We are positioned better than ever to serve our clients at the highest level and we’re deeply committed to working hard to do things that strengthen our value to our clients, and to continue to reach new heights over the next 10 years,” added Webber.
Last but not least, the latest issue of LIV Magazine features An Insider’s Guide to Colorado’s Top Resort Towns – providing all of the ins and outs of places not to be missed. A large number of visitors to these resort towns come from not only around the world, but also from our back yard. This article highlights what makes each resort unique.
