LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) débuted their second round of “agent films,” a series of high-quality cinematic films featuring individuals and their “why” behind real estate. These films allow for a unique experience for clients to connect with real estate experts. In addition to the 12 brokers featured in the films, the firm’s award-winning LIV SIR marketing team also had the opportunity to share their story. This film gives insight to the tremendous marketing strategy and comprehensive support structure LIV Sotheby’s International Realty provides.

The use of video is a critical piece of our marketing strategy and enhances engagement, viewership and trust. We believe it’s important for clients to understand the ‘why’ behind our people and our firm,” said LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s senior vice president of marketing & communications, Kristen Muller.
The launch of the agent films included a “Red Carpet Preview Event” with champagne, hors d’oeuvres, and the opportunity to view the videos on a big screen. Brokers joined with friends and family to collaborate and share stories of the process.
As part of a larger marketing strategy, these newly produced agent films add to the firm’s focus on the use of high-quality video, increasing brand awareness and gaining exclusive exposure. LIV Sotheby’s International Realty has achieved outstanding results and accolades over the years regarding video execution, most recently receiving the “Best Video Marketing” award from Luxury Real Estate. The “Best Video Marketing” award was presented to the company that utilizes video in a strategic manner to effectively tell their company’s story.

Sotheby’s International Realty’s YouTube channel, where many of the LIV SIR listings are included, received the Silver Creator Award in June of this year. This award is given to recognize channels that have more than 100,000 organic subscribers, a feat that only 0.1% of YouTube’s 50 million channels have reached.
Adding to the video strategy, Sotheby’s International Realty launched earlier this year the first real estate augmented reality app, Curate by Sotheby’s International Realty. The transformative app allows consumers to visualize a house before they make a purchase and for sellers to virtually stage their home.
