LIV Sotheby’s International Realty brokers support winter sports community by contributing transaction sales

With a  commitment to building meaningful relationships with buyers and sellers living an active outdoor lifestyle, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s, The Bullock Group, has recently announced that they will contribute a percentage of their transaction sales to Protect Our Winters, a leading climate advocacy group for the winter sports community.

“A lot of our clients are people who are either from Colorado or moved to Colorado and who really like to get outside and enjoy themselves,” said Ethan Bullock. “We’re often outdoors too, and that shared appreciation has resulted in a focus on lifestyle rather than just a specific neighborhood or town.”

Ethan Bullock and his wife and business partner, Jeni Moeller, are the founders of The Bullock Group, and offer buyers, sellers and investors real estate services in the Denver, Boulder and Golden, CO areas.

Active outdoorspeople, Ethan and Jeni moved to Colorado to enjoy the active outdoor lifestyle. With a business approach aiming to provide value long after closing a transaction, the Bullock Group hopes donating to Protect Our Winters (POW) will create lasting relationships with clients, while simultaneously benefiting the environment.

“I worked for Patagonia in retail about eight years ago, and I learned about Protect Our Winters through that experience, when POW was just starting out,” said Ethan Bullock. “Some more recent exposure to POW’s advocacy efforts, Ethan says, made a partnership a no-brainer.”

While Ethan explains that The Bullock Group is by no means blazing any trails with its approach to business, he says they will do what they can to support the environment through donating a percentage of their transaction sales.

“We’re excited about the opportunity to expose more people to what POW is doing,” said Jeni Bullock. “Our hope is that it pushes the [climate] conversation further.”
