“I believe my personal business philosophy closely resembles the brand integrity, quality, energy, ethics and professionalism that LIV Sotheby’s International Realty has built their reputation on,” said broker, John Puma. “I want to align with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty because the company most accurately represents what I value.”
Buying or selling a home can be one of the most important personal and financial decisions a person makes in their lifetime, and broker John Puma believes that listening and communication skills are key in achieving success for a client, whether buying or selling a home.
Based in LIV SIR’s Evergreen office, Puma’s knowledge of Evergreen, Golden, Arvada and the surrounding areas offer clients a broker knowledgeable about not only the area he serves but also how best to apply the many industry leading marketing and research tools offered by LIV Sotheby’s International Realty.
Puma’s previous experience as a VP of Product Management in the tech industry required him to exercise key marketing skills including positioning, pricing, and promotion in his field. Today, his real estate clients benefit greatly from his ability to leverage these skills in a fast and ever-changing real estate market.
Puma holds a master’s degree in Business from Questrom School of Business at Boston University. His problem solving skills gained through his years managing complex product marketing plans and product development offer clients a broker who can think out of the box when looking to solve property buying or selling challenges. The variety of domestic and global online marketing provided by LIV Sotheby’s International Realty enables Puma to efficiently tap into and utilize a wide range of real estate strategies and pricing assessments.
Recognizing the importance of staying in touch with his community, Puma is a member of The Club in Rolling Hills in Golden and volunteers at the Foothills Art Center and other festivals and fundraisers in Golden. His past involvement with HOAs, businesses, and non-profits focused on helping the handicapped, further expands his depth of community knowledge and experience within the Front Range area.
“I love helping people find their next home and to get integrated into their new community. I also look forward to building many new friendships and relationships along the way,” said Puma. “Doing my job is very rewarding, as I am most successful doing the things I like to do while supporting my business development strategy at the same time.”
