Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty is celebrating its fourth year of business in Colorado real estate, but the legacy of the firm goes back much further than that.  Some of the region’s most outstanding real estate agents – including Linda Behr, Nancy and Fred Wolfe, Joanne Ernstsen, Bob and Nancy Kosena, Ann Ludwig, Judy Trumbull, Carol Roger, and Larry Simpson – established the precursor to Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty in 1999.  They rapidly grew their firm, named Fuller Towne & Country Properties, to become the number one ranked Denver luxury real estate firm with annual volume exceeding $1,000,000,000. Suitors routinely approached the firm.

“From the outset, we were focused on providing our clients with the highest quality service and delivering results,” notes Linda Behr, who has been recognized as the top producing real estate broker in Denver throughout her illustrious career.  “People in the industry recognized our success, and a number of outside entities began approaching us to buy our company.”

“We had some hesitation to sell, but we also saw it as an opportunity to take what we were currently able to provide to our clients to an even higher and more exceptional level,” adds Nancy Wolfe, Principal of the award-winning Wolfe Group. “We knew if we were going to sell our business, it had to be to the exactly right partner, and the Sotheby’s name made perfect sense.”

Joanne Ernstsen knew the holder of an affiliation with the exclusive Sotheby’s International Realty organization, longtime real estate professional Scott Webber.  Joanne had known Webber for a number of years as a highly regarded and admired real estate professional throughout the West.  It didn’t take long until Webber and the Sotheby’s executive team introduced themselves to the ownership group of Fuller Towne & Country Properties, and “we were immediately blown away,” recalls Ernsten.

“They were tremendous, and their level of personal service and incredible marketing support was right on target,” says Joanne.  “We knew that Sotheby’s would take us to the next level, and help all of our clients to succeed.”

Since Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty was established in 2008, the company has flourished, even during the challenging economic times.  Today, the firm has seven sales offices, and 200 broker and support staff associates serving some of Colorado’s best-known Denver luxury markets as well as, Boulder, Evergreen, Castle Pines and the Vail Valley. As a whole, the firm continues to grow each year, assisting thousands of families in achieving their real estate goals and dreams.

The company and its broker associates are also very active in the community, supporting numerous important causes including Children’s Hospital Colorado, the Alzheimer’s Association, Judi’s House, the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Denver, Hope House of Colorado, Ballet GuildCherry Hills Village Land Preserve, Inc. and many more.

“The past four years have been a remarkable journey, especially as we’ve continued to build upon an already very strong and well-established foundation,” notes Webber.  “It’s been a pleasure to bring together such an incredible team, and an honor to work with and represent so many outstanding customers.  We take a great deal of pride in the work we do, and appreciate the tremendous value and respect of the Sotheby’s International Realty name.”
