Denver Metro Association of Realtors Third Quarter Market Analysis


Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) has partnered with Metrolist and the Colorado Association of Realtors to provide subscribers with a new quarterly market analysis. Although the Denver real estate market is experiencing the usual autumnal slow-down, the DMAR metrics still show improvement on a year-to-year basis. According to DMAR general overview, Denver Metro active listings have hit a historical low with a 29.5% drop since third quarter of 2011. Pending Sales are up 22% from the same time last year, as well as Median Sales Price which is up 12.5%.
